Our tenant screening process includes background and credit checks, income source verification, rental history checks, and reference checks. We look for responsible and reliable tenants to ensure a positive rental experience for all parties.
Rent payments can be made conveniently through your online banking, credit card (additional service fee may apply) or as per the instructions provided in your lease agreement. Typically, rent is due on the first of each month, but please refer to your lease for specific terms.
As a tenant, you are responsible for keeping your rental unit clean and in good condition. Refer to your lease agreement for specific details on maintenance responsibilities.
